Order the Boat. Know the Timeline.
Rover Marine boats are big gear. Some ship fast. Some ship freight. Some sell out during season or after trade shows. This page keeps it simple: how orders move, when tracking shows up, and what backorder really means.
Here Is the Short Version.
Standard orders process in 5 to 7 business days. Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 5 to 7 business days after shipment. Expedited U.S. delivery is estimated at 3 to 5 business days when available.
Business days before standard orders ship.
Estimated business days after shipment.
Estimated business days when available.
Hours before tracking may update.
What Happens After Checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will get an order confirmation. Standard orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
When the order ships, you will receive tracking by email. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start showing movement.
Good to know: Delivery dates are estimates. Weather, freight scheduling, carrier delays, holidays, and address issues can change timing.
Backorder Means the Boat Is Spoken For, Not Forgotten.
Rover Marine boats are seasonal products. During spring, summer, product drops, and trade show season, popular sizes and packages can sell through before the next shipment lands.
If you order a backorder, pre-order, or sold-out item with a future ship window, your order follows the timeline shown when you bought it. Check the product page, checkout, receipt, and order confirmation. That is the timing tied to your order.
Need it by a date? Call or email before ordering if the boat is for a trip, marina delivery, birthday, vacation, or event.
Check the product status.
Look for in-stock, backorder, pre-order, or sold-out messaging before checkout.
Your order holds your place.
Backorders are fulfilled based on incoming inventory and order timing.
No tracking until it ships.
Tracking is sent when the product leaves our facility or shipping partner.
Ask first if timing matters.
We would rather set the right expectation before you order than surprise you after.
Boat Shows Move Inventory Fast.
At shows, customers step aboard, compare models, ask questions, and place orders in a short window. That can push certain models, sizes, colors, motors, or packages into backorder quickly.
If you ordered at a trade show, use your order confirmation as your reference. Make sure your name, email, phone number, shipping address, model, size, motor package, and accessories are correct.

Some Boats Ship Freight.
Oversized or heavy items, including boats, may ship by freight. Freight charges can apply based on the item, destination, packaging, and carrier requirements.
If a freight charge applies, it is communicated before your order ships. No surprise freight charge at the door.
U.S. And International Delivery.
Rover Marine ships to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses where carrier service is available.
International shipping is available to supported countries, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Mexico, Bahamas, and the British Virgin Islands. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
If Something Looks Wrong, Tell Us Fast.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, email Rover Marine with your order number, a short description, and photos if damage is visible.
We will help coordinate the next step. That may mean a replacement or a carrier claim, depending on the issue.

Do Not Guess on Timing.
If your order is time-sensitive, ask first. We can help you understand product availability, shipping timing, backorder status, trade show order timing, and freight expectations before you commit.
Shipping Questions, Answered.
How long does Rover Marine take to process an order?
Standard orders process within 5 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
When will I get tracking?
Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to begin updating.
What does backorder mean?
A backorder means the product is not ready to ship today, but your order is tied to a future ship window. Check the product page, receipt, and order confirmation for the timeline tied to your order.
Do trade show orders take longer?
Sometimes. Trade shows can create a rush of orders, and certain models or packages can sell through quickly. If that happens, your order follows the timeline communicated when you purchased.

Some oversized or heavy items, including boats, may ship by freight. If freight charges apply, they are communicated before the order ships.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Email info@rovermarine.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if damage is visible.
