We Want You Happy With the Boat.
Order it. Receive it. Unpack it. If it is not the right fit, contact Rover Marine within 60 days from the ship date. Our goal is simple: we want customers to feel good about choosing Rover.
The Simple Version.
The return window is 60 days from ship date. If the boat is unused and still in returnable condition, the process is simple. If the boat has been used, our team reviews the request.
Days from ship date to contact Rover Marine about a return.
Unpacked, inspected, not launched, and in original condition.
If it has been used, our team reviews the condition and reason.
Days from delivery to report shipping damage or defects.
If It Is Not the Right Fit, Tell Us.
The 60 Day Rider’s Guarantee starts from the ship date. It is for the customer who receives the boat, unpacks it, looks it over, and realizes it is not the right match.
Maybe the size is not right. Maybe the setup is not what you expected. Maybe you simply do not feel confident keeping it. Contact Rover Marine and we will help with the next step.
Best move: If you already know you do not want to keep it, contact us before putting the boat in the water.
Opened the Box and It Is Not the One?
If you receive the boat, unpack it, and decide it does not match what you expected, contact us within 60 days from the ship date.
For the cleanest return, the boat should be unused, unlaunched, in the same condition received, and packed with the original packaging and included items.
Simple rule: If you think you may return it, do not launch it first.
Used Boats Are Reviewed by Our Team.
If the boat has been launched or used, the return is not handled like a simple unused return. Rover Marine will review the condition, timing, reason for the request, and any photos or details you provide.
We want to be fair. We also need to understand what happened, how the boat was used, and whether the request is a return issue, product issue, shipping issue, or warranty issue.
Send details: Include your order number, ship date, photos, and a clear note explaining why the boat is not working for you.
What Makes a Return Easier.
If the boat has not been used, the return is usually much cleaner to review. Keep the original packaging, keep the included items together, and contact Rover Marine before sending anything back.
Product Defect or Warranty Issue?
If your request is about a manufacturing defect, air leak, seam issue, delamination, fading concern, or accessory issue, that should go through the Rover Marine warranty page.
This page is for returns, refunds, used-boat review, shipping damage, and the 60 Day Rider’s Guarantee.
If the Box Looks Bad, Check the Boat Before Use.
Every Rover Marine product is inspected before packing and shipping. If the package arrives damaged, that did not leave our warehouse that way.
If the outer box looks a little roughed up but the product inside is fine, there is usually no issue. If the damage looks severe and you believe the boat may be compromised, refuse the package and contact Rover Marine immediately.
Damage window: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact Rover Marine within 7 days of delivery.
Some Items Need a Closer Look.
Not every item can be handled as a standard return. Some are final sale. Some need Rover Marine review before a refund decision is made.
Ask First. Ship After Approval.
Do not ship anything back without contacting Rover Marine first. We will review the request, confirm the next step, and provide the correct return address if the return is approved.
