Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel a Rover Marine order? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Before your order ships

Orders that have not shipped yet may be cancelled. If the order was paid with a financing plan, a 7% cancellation fee applies.

After your order ships

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Shipped orders follow our Returns and Refunds policy: returns within 60 days of delivery, new-in-box items refunded once we confirm they are new, and used or opened items subject to a 15% to 35% restocking fee set by our team after inspection.

Motors

Motor sales are final once shipped. Warranty and service for motors are provided directly by the motor manufacturer.
