Built to Be Used. Backed When It Counts.
Rover Marine builds inflatable boats for real boaters, real water, and real use. If something was manufactured wrong, shipped wrong, or fails under covered warranty terms, our team is here to help make it right.
Factory-Backed Warranty Coverage.
Our warranty is built around the parts of the boat that matter most: the hull, tubes, seams, and attached accessory components.
Covers manufacturing defects, structural delamination, and air leaks.
Covers manufacturing defects or delamination affecting tubes and seams.
Covers bolt-on or clamp-on accessory components attached to the boat.
Manufacturing Problems Are on Us.
If your Rover Marine boat has a real manufacturing issue during the warranty period, we want to know about it. Send the details, show us what is happening, and our team will review the claim.
Covered issues may include manufacturing defects, structural delamination, air leaks tied to manufacturing, tube or seam delamination, intense fading tied to a covered issue, or covered accessory component concerns.
Simple rule: If the issue came from how the product was built, start a warranty claim.
Warranty Covers Defects, Not Abuse.
Rover Marine boats are built for real use, but warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by user error, accidents, misuse, improper storage, lack of care, wildlife, or normal wear and tear.
That includes punctures caused by use or handling, dock rash, boat-to-boat scuffs, abrasion damage, cosmetic damage from everyday misuse, outdoor neglect, and issues sometimes referred to as dinghy rot.
Real conversation: Every claim comes down to understanding whether the boat was manufactured incorrectly, shipped incorrectly, or used or cared for improperly.
If the Box Looks Bad, Check Before First Use.
If your package arrives looking roughed up from shipping, it did not leave our warehouse that way. Every Rover Marine product goes through a multi-step quality control process before packing and shipping.
If the outer box is marked up but the product inside looks fine, everything is usually okay. If the package damage looks severe and you believe the product may be compromised, refuse the package and contact Rover Marine immediately.
Before first use: Inspect your boat when it arrives. If something looks wrong, contact us before putting it in the water.
Start With the Details.
Making a warranty claim is simple. Send us the details, include photos, and tell us what is happening. The more information you provide, the faster we can understand the issue.
Timing: Claims can take up to 30 days to resolve, but we always try to move as fast as possible.
Submit the claim.
Use the warranty form below or contact Rover Marine with your order details.
Send photos.
Include clear images of the issue, the full boat, any affected area, and your order information.
We review it.
Our team reviews whether the issue is manufacturing-related, shipping-related, use-related, or outside warranty.
We help with the next step.
If covered, we will help with the appropriate resolution. If not covered, we will still try to point you in the right direction.
Still Reach Out.
If your boat is outside the warranty window, we still want to help point you in the right direction.
Sometimes the answer is a replacement part. Sometimes it is repair guidance. Sometimes it is a quick conversation with someone who knows the product. Every situation is different, and it never hurts to ask.

Some Products Follow the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
If Rover Marine makes the product, we stand behind it. If we source the product or equipment for you, coverage may depend on the warranty policy of that manufacturer.
That can include motors, engines, electronics, and third-party accessories. If you bought it through Rover Marine and are having an issue, contact us and we will help point you in the right direction.
Extended warranty: Rover Marine boats do not currently offer an extended warranty program. Some third-party manufacturers may offer optional protection plans depending on the product.
Lost a Piece? We Can Usually Help.
If you lost a piece or component from your boat, it happens. Many Rover Marine boat parts and components are cataloged and may be available for purchase.
If you do not see the part online, reach out to our team. We will do our best to help identify the right component and get you pointed in the right direction.
Tell Us What Happened.
Include your order number, product model, purchase date, photos if available, and a clear description of the issue. Claims submitted on Fridays or over the weekend may receive confirmation the following Monday.
Customer Care Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.
