Battle Cat
Dual Pontoons. Maximum Stability. Zero Compromise.
The Battle Cat is Rover Marine's signature inflatable catamaran—engineered for water enthusiasts who demand speed, balance, and rock-solid stability. With dual pontoons and a reinforced high-pressure floor, this cat delivers performance that traditional single-hull inflatables can't match.
Why Battle Cat?
Unmatched Stability
Dual pontoon design creates a wide, stable platform that cuts through chop and handles rough water with confidence. Fish standing up. Move around freely. Bring the whole crew without worrying about tipping.
Speed & Efficiency
Catamaran hull design reduces drag and maximizes speed. Get on plane faster, cover more water, and use less fuel (or battery power with electric outboards). The Battle Cat is built to move.
Rugged Construction
Military-grade materials, reinforced seams, and high-pressure inflation create a rigid, durable platform that handles beach landings, rocky shores, and years of hard use. This is a serious watercraft, not a toy.
Ultimate Versatility
Perfect for fishing expeditions, dive operations, family cruising, yacht tendering, or island exploration. Compatible with electric motors (ePropulsion, Torqeedo) for silent, eco-friendly power—or traditional gas outboards when you need maximum thrust.
Three Tactical Configurations
• 8ft - Solo or duo missions, tight launches, maximum portability
• 10ft - 2-4 people, ideal balance of space and maneuverability
• 12ft - Family adventures, extended range, serious gear capacity

FAQ
Have questions? We’ve answered the most common ones below to help you choose the right boat and get on the water faster.

What's the difference between the Battle Boat and the Battle Cat?
The Battle Boat features a traditional inflatable hull design, while the Battle Cat uses a catamaran-style dual-pontoon layout for increased stability, better tracking, and a wider deck.
What size should I choose — 10ft or 12ft?
Both sizes hold up to 4 people. Choose the 12ft if you want extra space, added weight capacity (up to 1100 lbs), and compatibility with motors up to 15hp. The 10ft is more compact, lightweight, and easier to transport.
Can I use an electric motor?
Yes — all Battle Boat and Battle Cat models are compatible with popular electric outboards like ePropulsion and Torqeedo. Just ensure you're using a short shaft (15") motor.
How long does it take to inflate the boat?
With a high-output pump, each boat can be inflated in about 10–15 minutes. The floor inflates to 10 PSI, while the side pontoons inflate to 3.5 PSI.
Can I deflate and store it easily?
Absolutely. Both boats pack down to fit in most car trunks or boat lockers (approx. 46" x 28–30" x 15"). They're designed for easy transport and storage.
What’s the hull made of?
Our inflatables are built from military-grade PVC with reinforced seams and drop-stitch flooring for superior durability and rigidity.
Is the Battle Cat more stable?
Yes — the catamaran hull gives the Battle Cat better lateral stability, especially in chop or when stepping on/off the boat from the water or dock.
Is this a good tender for a larger boat?
Yes, both models are excellent yacht tenders. They're lightweight, easy to launch, and support outboards for quick trips to shore.
Can I fish or dive from these boats?
Definitely. Both platforms are great for fishing, freediving, or casual scuba. The Battle Cat's wider stance makes it especially good for standing or loading gear.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all Rover Marine inflatables come with a factory 3-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
